Information for Tritium 2013 Authors
The contributed paper (poster, oral or invited) will be published in Fusion Science and Technology. Prior to publication, the submitted papers will be reviewed by referees from the conference. The papers must be prepared in the final form as "camera-ready" by use of MS Word template file. No typesetting or retyping of the texts will be made.
The page limits are 4 camera-ready pages for all oral and poster presentations. Invited papers are allocated 6 camera-ready pages. The length must not exceed each pages. The cost of this publication and its shipment is included in the Registration Fees.
The contributed paper must be submitted electronically by October 30, 2013 via tritium2013@cea.fr and the filename should use the following format:"lastname.initials.file type". Late submission or improper format of the paper may result in exclusion of the paper from the conference proceedings.
** Important note to authors: Tritium2013camera-ready papers will be published as accepted/submitted after authors make the requested corrections. Publisher/FS&T copy editors will not professionally edit or proofread the Tritium2013 papers. Therefore, the authors are responsible for proofreading the paper carefully and correcting potential typos and/or the use of English. **
Please for reviewing, provide 3 copies of your paper. Copies will not be made by the LOC.
A complete paper will be constituted of:
-the paper
-the keyword form
-the copyright form
Abstract
A one page abstract must be submitted as an email attachment using template.doc, or template docx or template.rtf.
The abstract submission email must contain the authors’ names, affiliation, the topic, the type of presentation: oral or poster and email address.
The filename should use the following format: "lastname.i.n.i.t.i.a.l.s.-topic.filetype". The abstract should be submitted by email to tritium2013@cea.fr before 28th June 2013.
A Book of Abstracts will be compiled for distribution at the meeting to participants.
Information for oral presentation
All speakers for invited and oral sessions are kindly requested to send the electric file to the local organizing committee to be checked one day before their talk. Acceptable presentation formats are PowerPoint and PDF formats. Video if any have to be in standart usual format (mpeg, mov, mp4)
Oral presentations take place on the "Hermes auditorium". All speakers should stay on time. Time duration for presentaions as follows (including 5mn questions):
Information for poster presentation
The size of the poster is a standard A0 size (841 mm wide x 1189 hight mm) in the maximum.
An assigned number of each poster presentation will be shown in a tag posted on the panel.
The posters should be displayed at designated place by 13:00 am to 13:30 pm each day, and then should be removed by 12:00 am of the next day.
Poster presentation time is 1h30 and at least one of the authors should be present at the place during the all time presentation.
Invited : 30 min
Oral: 15 min
