About Travel
Visa Information
The local organising committee require an accepted abstract in order to provide a letter of support for visa applications. Please use the LOC email for asking for it. Each participant is required to hold a valid passport, and obtain a visa if necessary.
Insurance
Participants are recommended to obtain travel insurance coverage prior to arriving in France.
CEA as local organiser of the conference will not be responsible for any personal accidents, or loss of, as well as damage to private property of participants and accompanying persons which may occur during the conference. This also includes all social events taking place in connection to the "tritium 2013". Therefore, participants should contract their own insurance if they consider it necessary.
