Cancellation
Fees will be refunded if the cancellation is communicated before August 31st, 2008. There will be an administrative charge of 50 ¤ for cancellations.
No refund is possible for cancellations received later than August 31st, 2008.
Accommodation
Promo Sciences has pre-booked hotel rooms in the town. This free service is made available to insure your hotel reservation. All hotels are at a walking distance from the conference site and are in the town historical center.
As there is a high level of tourist activity in September in Aix-en-Provence, we strongly recommend that you send back the hotel registration as soon as possible. In any case, the hotel inscription form should be sent back before the 30th of June 2008. After this date, no guarantee of availability or tariff can be made.
