Abstracts
Contributions to any of the topics mentioned on the main page are welcome. Authors are invited to submit abstracts, describing the most important aspects of the works to be reported.
The abstracts should be typed using 12 pt Times New Roman or Computer Modern font, single-spaced on standard size paper (A4, 297x210 mm), leaving a full 2.5 cm margin on all sides. They should be suitable for direct reproduction (no faxes please). The abstract should begin with the title (bold, 14 pt, centered), the authors' names (normal font, 12 pt, centered) and affiliations (italic, 12 pt, centered). Figure captions should be in italic 10 pt font. Please underline the name of the presenting author, and do not use page numbering. Colour pictures are accepted for the electronic abstract collection, but the Book of Abstracts will be printed in black and white. Please ensure the legibility of your pictures without colour. Templates for Word are available at the bottom of this page.
The abstracts and the submission details should be sent by e-mail to nibs2008@cea.fr
not later than the 30th of March
April 2008. The abstract should be
send as
Portable Document Format (PDF) file or MS-Word document (.doc).
The abstract submission will require the author's name,
affiliation,
mail addresses, telephone and fax numbers and an e-mail address. If
submission is co-authored, only the principal authors' information
should
be listed and all correspondence will proceed through that person. Please, mention your proposed
topic for your abstract.
A confirmation of receipt will be sent by e-mail within a week.
Submissions printed on paper should be made only if severe problems
arise with electronic submission. Authors will
be notified of the acceptance of their contributions by the 15th of
May.
Book of Abstracts and conference Proceedings
Each participant will receive a book of abstracts.
