instructions for Paper Preparation and Submission:

Contributions to the conference will be published, following peer review, in the American Institute of Physics conference proceedings.

Please note that only one contribution per registered author may be published.

The online version will be published simultaneously with the print book, and all the conference participants will have a free unlimited access for one year. The printed book will be sent to all registered participants. Please note that color graphics will be available only in the online version.

The paper length should not exceed 10 pages.

Papers not following AIP templates and users guides, available here, will not be published. Please note the format: 6x9 inch.

Manuscripts are due at the beginning of the conference. Papers transmitted after September 10th will not be published.

To ensure an effective reviewing process, it is preferable to submit your paper by e-mail as soon as possible to the following address : info@promosciences.com.

If not submitted by e-mail before the first day of the conference, author will need to provide two hard copies at the registration desk.

Please complete the Transfer of Copyright Agreement. It needs to be submitted with your paper.

All manuscripts will be reviewed by peers attending the conference. The referee comments will be transmitted to the author before the end of the Conference or in the following days.

The deadline for sending corrected papers is October 19th. 2008
