ITPA Pedestal Meeting
20-22 April 2009, Cadarache, France
The ITPA Pedestal group meeting will be held in Cadarache in the south of France from the 20th until the 22nd of April 2009. The meeting will be organized by the Association Euratom/CEA Cadarache. The meeting will be held at the Chateau de Cadarache which is just opposite the ITER site and outside the main CEA Cadarache site.
A number of hotel rooms have been pre-reserved in Aix-en-Provence. Please book your hotel directly with
the tourist offfice in Aix-en-Provence. Details and the reservation form can be found on the hotels page (deadline 6th of March 2009) .
Bus transport will be organised from monday, tuesday, wednesday from Aix-en-Provence to the Cadarache Chateau (and back).
People who need a letter of invitation for their visa application should contact
the local organising committee as soon as possible.
