To register for the meeting (in addition to reserving your hotel) please send an e-mail to Laurence Azcona (Laurence.Azcona@cea.fr) with the following details before the 20th of March 2009:

	Name, first name
	Your laboratory
	Contact e-mail address

Conference and Hotel Registration

Hotel reservations will be handled by the Tourist Office in Aix-en-Provence.

The Tourist Office has reserved rooms in several hotels in Aix. To benefit from the preferential rates, the hotel reservation form (Word file) has to be returned to the tourist office Aix-en-Provence before the 6th of March 2009 . The address is indicated at the top of the form. After this date, the hotel reservations and the hotel rates are no longer guaranteed.
