Conference and Hotel Registration

Registrations and hotel reservations will be handled by the Tourist Office in Aix-en-Provence. The conference fee is 200 euros. Please fill in the conference registration form (Word file) and return it to the address indicated in the form.

The Tourist Office has reserved rooms in several hotels in Aix. In view of the large number of tourists in September in Aix-en-Provence, it is recommended to return the reservation form as soon as possible. To benefit from the preferential rates, the hotel reservation form (Word file) has to be returned before the 30th of June 2005. After this date, the hotel reservations and the hotel rates are no longer guaranteed. Full details on registration and accommodation will be given on the conference web page.
