Accommodation

A special discounted conference rate has been arranged with the Tourism Office of Aix en Provence. This special rate is available until March 22th.

Participants should complete the Hotel Reservation Form and send it to the mentioned address.

Participants are strongly advised to make their reservations as soon as possible as there are a limited number of rooms at the special rate and also May is the beginning of the busy touristic period in Aix en Provence.

All the selected hotels are downtown and less than 1 km distance from the conference hotel.
