The CEA Governor General authorised the creation of a system of automated processing of nominative information by regulatory act of the18th of October 2001, in the context of the Internet site "www-drfc.cea.fr". Nominative information categories processed are e-mail, names, first names, dates and places of birth, nationality, telephone and fax numbers, postal addresses, and education records and diplomas of persons registered in the congresses. This data will be kept for one year. Names and first names of the authors of publications will also be kept for three years. This information is intended for the organisers of future conferences organised by the Institut de Recherche sur la Fusion Magnétique.
